I’m sure this works well, I tried it.. strength and endurance are up to par for this, but my knees can’t quite take it.

it’s better to do this without rest. will get your heart pumping a lot more and create more lactic acid
says in the video no more than three times a week. I’m thinking if you do more, you might risk overtraining. If you feel constantly fatigued or twitchy, then cut back a day. I’m planning on doing it three times a week, as instructed by the video.
I did this workout first time today and am feeling amazing. This is a really challenging workout that you have to push yourself through to complete. I NEVER thought I could do 450 jumping jacks. I didn’t do them all at one time, but 150 over three cycles. Never did I tink I could do that. I felt so proud of myself. I will keep doing this workout definitely!

@68hinduhammers….. yes…. but that is why posture is so important…. he doesn’t go over about how you should stand but basically you need to keep your back straight at all times for support… this is a good workout but they need to explain the risks involved with it

sorry this took so long to get back to you it definitely worked for me im very happy with my body. i did this with no diet just portion controlled my meals, eat every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism going so if you have already or , try it ..
soory i took so long to get back to you..no diet at all, i just portioned my meals eating half of what i normally eat. eating every 2-3 hours but not over-eating

Agree 100%. And i know what i’m talkin about since i have a spinal disc herniation (from sports btw
). This here can absolutely be helpful for overweight BUT fit people. It’s dangerous though for the ones with back or knee problems even they are not much overweight! I can recomend a special training for people with back problems that really really helped me. Plus you lose your fat. Since i don’t want that this sounds like a commercial advertising if anybody is interested send me a PM.
