    Crunches is not the answer.. You can have rock hard abs, but when they’re hidden underneath a layer of fat, nobody is going to see them.. So do cardio and lose the fat.. Only like 5-10% of getting a sixpack is crunches.. Rest is fat-loss

    This isn’t entirely true. Your body will break down both fat and muscle actually. Look it up. And it is true that you start your metabolism and get it kick started in the morning you will burn more overall. That’s why they say do not skip breakfast or you’ll gain more weight. The whole idea is to start your metabolism and keep it going. Now if your trying to mass out, then yes starting in the morning with no protein = smaller muscles yes.

    well if you want a 6 pack just do what i do-
    70-100 crunches, about 25 twist crunches and then lay down put ur hands under yer but and lift your legs up…let them fall and resist b4 they hit the ground, 80-100 of them….do it every night and walla! 6 pack! even tho u should end up with an 8 pack…. like me ;) ….

    This is very informative but..
    IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET A SIX PACK SPRINTING IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH IS NOT A VERY GOOD IDEA BECAUSE OF THE SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MUSCLE TISSUE YOUR BODY WILL BE BURNING. YOUR BODY HAS NOT TAKEN ANY FORM OF PROTEIN SO IT IS BREAKING DOWN MUSCLE TO GET THE AMINO ACIDS NEEDED.
    Sorry for caps I just tought this would be very helpful.

    u inspire me because you make your videos alone. iam a only child im 17 and i am not overweight but i have about 18 percent body fat. and i want to trim it down to 12-10% and get lean. but idk if sugar is to blame. i consume 100grams of it each day for 1 year. and lost some weight. but im at a plateu i guess but i didnt even try. i have a gym membership. and ur vids inspire me. thanks.

    Make sure you don’t do this if you are 30lbs overweight or more. It is too hard on your knees to run with that much extra weight.

    I just came in form my first set of sprints( I just saw this video yesterday). I got out 4, and was about to ask do i this everyday???!!! But Wpmcl89 just gave me the answer(thanks Wpmcl89). Anyway thanks for this post goldenboy0712 I’ll let you know how i do after my first 3wwks are up

    holy shit, someone with real brains and a true way to loose weight.. im 28, almost 205lbs at 18-22%. ive got down to 185 at 8% 3 yrs ago doing the same thing.its all about getting up 30 mins earlier every day, even cheat days and running or sprinting intervals for 15-20 mins and eating half your regular meals 5 times a day with minimal to no sugar and bad fats.. its a religon you need to take up yourself, and pratice it everyday for 2 months. results come after 3 wks

    WARNING! Make sure when you buy nuts and/or seeds to NOT pick up salted, roasted, BBQ, etc; check the nutrition guide. The flavoured and/or roasted ones can make a huge difference as they will be about as nutritious as potatoe chips! Lots and lots of Sodium (Salt), and they get cooked, smoked, or roasted taking away the best part … protein. Always get the natural unsalted, unflavoured, and unroasted ones.

    No Problem. Yes, absolutely Almonds are probably the best nuts you can buy. Very high in protein and all fats in them are Poly and monounsaturated. There will always be natural oils but like I said they’re good for you.
