    If you gotta eat rice, make sure it’s whole grain brown rice. It’s got the least amount of carbs. You get a 12-14 oz. box for $1 if you get generic brand

    Well I feel like I have better advice to give with what I’ve learned so far, do compound exercises with lots of protein, if you do this, you won’t even have to do cardio and you can still stay in shape because of the amount of energy those workouts require.

    Hey bro, I like your videos. Post part three. It’s almost spring here and I wanna get my body up there soon with your help. Also, not sure why no one’s asked this yet, but do you eat rice? I eat rice everyday and I feel so weird going a day without rice. I know rice has lots of carbs but it’s almost a universal staple food in every asian culture. Thanks again.
