What kind of dressings would you reccomend on salads?
Hi! Just keep it simple…whole fruits, whole vegetables, leafy greens! Eat more fruit! Eat more salads! If you’re able to make them have juices and/or smoothies too, but that is not vital (if you can’t afford a juicer, for example). So I repeat…just keep it simple with fruits & vegetables! Good luck! There are many good waters, but the most important general kind you should always drink is SPRING WATER. Buy them in glass bottles, if possible, but not vital…what is most vital is that it is spring water. Pick the one that resonates with you. For us, it varies

hey bro.i’ve been vegan for 12 years.and am now gonna try the raw food diet.thing is i train alot and have built up some decent strong muscle mass (all body weight training) usually use trek raw food bars for a little protein boost for after training.just want to make sure i dont get too skinny and drop all the muscle weight.i want to be a good and inspiring example of a vegan.any tips?

i hae had long term thyroid issues, ive always known this as i have heard strange sucking noises in my inner ear when the tubes are empty n my neck. it kind of sounds like bubbling, when i was young they would be very large and puffy, also blue looking under my skin
i need some appropiate realistic knowledge , something fundamental to get me underway better with my weight loss.
p.s i also have had along term problem with memory .
As for 80-10-10 I like the general concept, but again, it is too left brain how it is presented in terms of the ratio 80-10-10! So just take the gems from it, which is for me more fruit & less fat…and less blatant added fats like oil, more using only whole natural fats like avocados and young coconuts. Also, 80-10-10 only works best when one gets enough OXYGEN and EXERCISE! It is vital…
It’s so hard for me to think in calories dude as it’s way too left brain for me & it just ain’t my style! It seriously would take me hours of thinking, looking up things & of calculating things to even begin to have an idea & the shear act of me trying to do it all would affect what I eat that day for sure, meaning it wouldn’t even be an accurate representation of what I really eat. So I don’t mean to be difficult, but I would just rather spend time making more vids & answering questions! peace!

It can! It’s just another type of raw food diet. I personally don’t have any interest in it so can’t speak from personal experience, but check with InnateReality, I know that he’s been eating raw meat for 4 years!

Are you the same weight as before going raw? Of course not.
The idea is that you build up a part of that missing weight. You can only do that by ingesting enough calories.
I was reluctant in telling you to eat nuts, but they can help in storing fat that will give you a tremendous strength output.

i do enjoy being raw though, i dont want people to think i am knocking the culture… i am well past 80% raw and i plan on stayin… i jus noticed that i lost strength, though my mental and physical endurance is better than ever… jus my observation
i dont know… i kinda disagree… like i said my energy is fine.. i can run better than ever and, i eat plenty of bananas and figs.. the problem is the strength.. i just can’t lift as heavy.
