im telling you right now that this workout he supposuvely did is not accurate i have lost about 29 pounds after eating a healthy meal and no sweets in 5 weeks by just going on jogs at most a mile long and then come home and do pushups and situps because when you start your workout with cardio routines if you are looking to lose body fat because your body is more prone to use fat calories
Dont listen to this guy. Yes Diet soda is better than regular soda but it still does add pounds to the belly with all those chemicals in it. Drink water and juice(sometimes) 2000-3000 calories in one sitting? yes if you play it for maybe 4-5 hours. it takes 1hr of running to burn 600 calories.
lol 2 lbs lol in how long? just eat really helthy foods that u like once a week treat urself to a snack like ice cream and eat 6 small meals a day. Also run! get out ur Ipod and listen to music n run the park or ur block over n over xD if u dont like doing it alone have a friend with u. My friend lost over 50lbs living with me cause I was pregnant n she had to care for me n cook healthy for me n she ate what i ate.xD

2.) Treadmill – Ride it 10 mins a day every other day.
3.) No fast food!! – Eat health and no sodas.
Its hard to do these 3 things sometimes but if you wanna loss weight you gotta do it. Plan and simple.

everyones metabolism is different, you can lose weight and you cant lose weight by this. I havnt tried it yet but im goin to

Diet soda has chemicals added to it for it to have 0 cals its bad for your health but good for ur weight… :/
I suggest replacing no. 2 with Jump ropes.
