How do you lose weight quick? Very easy. How do you lose body fat…well, that takes a bit of effort. This video will show you how I lost weight and gained weight right in front of your eyes!

    calorie restriction diet and only do cardio. not resistance training. that way you wont put on muscle. OR you could go outside, smile, and enjoy life

    If the goal is hydration, Gatorade is terrible as bad as coke. The sugar content dehydrates the body more than the water in the container. Yes, the electrilytes are needed. Just use unrefined sea salt in your food and eat an apple or banna . For maximum hydration, drink plain water separately.

    I just wanted to make a quick note, Gatorade is worse for your teeth then Coke products…so if you do like Gatorade and drink a lot of it, water it down or switch up between it and water.

    1200 is fine for a lot of people including me, it says so on the ‘healthy amount of calories for age, heighth and gender’ thing. but other than that great video!!!

    Yo!! so your saying that we should drink plenty of water?? what if i plan for a 10% bodyfat and i’m planning to have a beach body.. what should i do?? i do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and weightlifting in the evening.. i use creatine and whey.. what should i do?? i’m 17 yrs old about 18% body fat 5’11.. thxs

    It’s just funny how you always describe the extremes… like weighing from one day to the next… or chugging an inordinate amount of water right before you weigh in… or taking off a sock… sure the scale is useless if you’re not willing to apply a little common sense.

    Teens should gain muscles…not worry about weight loss… gain the muscles…go out and play…drink water and it will work out for you in the long run. Try 30 days without TV, video games or computers… and use that time to walk, run, play…. that is what I did..and the fat is melting off.. good luck…keep in touch

    I can tell by the way my muscles cramp…If I keep the salts, sugars and electrolytes in my body…I do not cramp…but if they are low…I get real bad leg cramps at night and sore more than usual…so, still trying to figure out why…and this is just my opinion …. hope more people do research to figure this out..thanks my friend!!

    I weigh myself every single morning. Having lost 80 pounds, I can attest to the importance of knowing what you weigh and maintain a nice weight range. The scale can be your friend if you use it as a tool in your weight loss. A healthy diet and exercise is what is needed to lose weight and then maintain your new weight. 18 months after losing 80 pounds, I have only gained 5 lbs back but they are muscle from working out.

    It is generally recommended that you weigh no more than once a week, in the morning, weighing naked or the same clothing each time… if you follow those simple suggestions… the scale remains a very helpful tool reflecting how you are trending over time… which should be a pretty good barometer of success — but you know that… you’re just being a big goof! :)
