    hahaha this diet is effective because of the other rules, its true that bananas can benefit for weightloss but its the sleep, no late night snacking and no dessert/drinks rule that really does it!

    But one can see why this is a great diet technique, I actually dislike bananas they’re my least favorite fruit. They may be full of sugar, but the fiber is TRUE, even after one banana I feel full, and they have potassium that will let you feel okay when exercising.
