    your still fat lol every one out there if you still wanna eat pizza and fatty foods but you wanna stay skinny and swoll or cut or buff or you get it all you need to do and this is to all matablism speeds just play a sport on a every day basis and then go to the gym at the end of the day thats all the sport is so you can burn the fats while not getting bored like a tredmill or stair stepper and the gym is to get tight and trimed up and for guys to get ur muscle swoll on believe and try it works

    Losing weight its not just thinking about it you must do it..
    30 mins of running the morning and eat correctly if your getting something offered like a cake say no sorry i am at diet and for you must eat atleast on your day 2 times rice + Meat and.. vegetables… avoid junk food as possible..

    wow im so happy 4 u im on a diet plan 2 but i only eat 2 meals and i drink atleast 1 glass of water b4 each meal that jelps me alot i lost about 21 lbs and im hopin 2 lose atleast 5 mor so im really close 2 my goal im really happy becuase im starting 2 like my body lik any other rugualr 14 year old i know im really young but idc cause im losin weight not that fast i was abot 150 and know im about 129 :]

    At the moment im taking in about 550-750 calories a day, im 17 year old overweight male eating 2 medium sized meals a day. ive cut sugars out of my diet completely, no HFCS or any of that terrible shit anymore.

    its been 1 week and ive lost almost 7 pounds. im feel great and full of energy, also joining the gym this weekend.

    its all about eating less calories then you burn a day, and a sedentary male around 210 lbs will be burning about 2200 calories a day just sitting down.
