Question by abbylane: Michael Eades Power Protein Diet?
I just bought some wonderful wheat tortillas with 14 grams of fiber and five grams of carbs. I was reading the label where they talked about Dr. Eades and his Power Protein Diet.
I was wondering if anyone knows how this diet works. I know it is a low-carb diet only I would like to have the details of the diet and they are not given on the Internet.

Though I’ve came across it before. If your looking for a neat diet, there are plenty of unique fasting regimes for fat loss that looks promising. This includes either: Eating 8 hours a day only and fast the rest of the 16 (that’s what I’m doing), eat every other day (been done, not that bad and it works from the blogs I’ve read, and other variations. Check out a book called Eat Stop Eat. LeanGains.com is another handy site.

tortillass were made for those die hard carbohydrates lovers who can´t eat unless they are holding a tortilla (i am one ). obviously with a weight problem . and tortillas are basically to be avoided at all cost since the amount of carbs is pretty high. so these tortillas are to a certain point a blessing because many people break their diet because of their addiction to carbs. by the way i think you got it backwards . it´s 14 grams of carbs minus 5 grams of fiber equals 9 grams of effective carbs. details about the diet in question may be found at this place
