    Many animals can also put on a significant amount of weight from grasses and weeds alone. If you ate the same thing as a sheep, the sheep could put on weight while you would become skin and bones. We can’t assume that our bodies will react to foods in the same ways as unrelated animals.

    I actually like cheese a lot, though I don’t eat it every single day (but still often). I have never had a problem maintaining a healthy weight so long as I avoid overly processed foods and large quantities of meat. I only eat meat every once in a while (many days there is zero meat in my diet).
