This wasn’t a very clever use of the dual cable. This machine was designed to remove gravity and unrestrict motion, not as a substitute for dumbbells. Flys, Pullovers, Crisscross Rows, and Woodchoppers are ideal. This is also a great machine to get full contration out of the biceps.

Eating before sleeping does make you fat. When you eat and exercise (could be walking) it’ll burn. But if you have a meal and sleep right after, it turns into bodyfat.

No it does not. You could eat all of your calories at night, right before you go to bed, and if you dont exceed the number of calorie you can have for the day, you wont gain weight. It’s just a matter of calories in, calories out. The time of consuption is not a factor.
Well if you eat late at night and then go to sleep right after, that makes you gain weight.
They seem to rely on a lot of “fad” in their videos. like when vince talks about eating late at night making you fat in the tummy, thats just not true.
